bouncee support

• Will bouncee work from my location?
  Bouncee has been tested all over the world and so far there have been no reports of it not working in any location. But if you aren't sure, don't worry! If it doesn't work for you, email support@bouncee.net and we will completely refund your money at your request.
• What platforms are supported?
  Currently, Windows PCs are supported, but Linux, Mac, iOS, and Android are expected to be supported in the future. You don't have to install any software to use bouncee; just run the exe file. You can even run it from a USB flash drive.
• How fast is bouncee?
  Your connection through bouncee should be fast enough to stream standard-quality video, at minimum. HD video may also stream smoothly, depending on network load at the time.
• Does bouncee work with this particular application, game or website?
  Bouncee handles all of your internet traffic, so it will work with everything you do online.
• Can I use bouncee with more than one computer?
  Sure! You can use it with any number of computers. You will be limited to one connection at a time with a given account, however.
• I lost my activation code. Can you send me another?
  No problem! Email support@bouncee.net from the email address you used when you ordered, and we'll resend your activation code.
